Outdoors

I work outdoors.

Walking, sitting, or being still.

My work focuses on neurodivergence— autism, ADHD, and identity — helping people understand themselves beyond diagnosis.

Therapy doesn’t have to happen in a room.

It can happen in the world.

Sessions take place in fields, woods, and edges.

‍ ‍

Sometimes we walk. Sometimes we sit.

The work is the same — but the setting changes what becomes possible.

Everything belongs

Walk & Talk

Moving through landscape while we talk.

Stillness

Sitting, pausing, working with what’s present.

Contained

Van-based sessions for privacy and structure.

This isn’t casual.

It’s psychotherapy — just not confined to a room.

You don’t need to know what you’re looking for.

Just begin.
