Psychotherapy Outdoors

Most therapy happens indoors.
But many of the things we’re trying to understand don’t live there.

I offer psychotherapy outdoors — walking, sitting, and working in the landscape

My work focuses on autism, ADHD, and identity — helping people understand themselves beyond the language of diagnosis.

I’ll be establishing this practice in West Yorkshire from late 2026, and am open to early enquiries and conversations ahead of that.

Sessions can involve:

  • walking

  • sitting outdoors

  • or working in a more traditional setting

We work with whatever is present — environment, pace, and conversation.

I’m a UKCP-accredited existential psychotherapist and NMC-registered mental health nurse, with over nineteen years’ experience across community, acute, and neurodevelopmental services in the NHS.

I believe therapy is about creating spaces where people can belong without needing to shrink.
